Fatal Error Check

Identify the error, eliminate

its cause, and clear the

error.

Follow the Memory Error

Check flowchart if a

memory error has occurred.

Is the ERR indi-

cator lit?

Determine the cause

of the error with a

Programming Device.

End

RUN indicator not lit.

Replace the CPU

Board.

Is PC mode displayed

on Programming

Device?

Turn the power

supply OFF, and

then ON again.

Switch to RUN or

MONITOR mode.

Yes

Is a fatal error

displayed?

Is PC mode displayed on

Programming Device?

Yes

Is the RUN

indicator lit?

Yes
